FlowWays

Terms of service

Last changed October 11, 2026

For businesses on a FlowWays plan.

These terms cover the plans FlowWays sells to businesses: FlowWays OS (Starter, Basic, Pro, Premium and Restaurant) and the Managed Website. Your checkout page and your invoices show each plan's price.

With online ordering (the Restaurant plan, or the ordering add-on), your customers pay for their orders into your own Stripe account. No commission on orders: FlowWays takes no share of any order, and no fee per order is added. The monthly plan covers it. Stripe's own card fees are between you and Stripe.

Every plan is paid on the card you give Stripe, on the same day of the month you started. FlowWays never sees your card.

FlowWays OS plans are paid monthly or yearly. A yearly plan costs 10 months' price for 12 months. A plan can be yearly when nothing else is on your bill, because one bill has one billing period.

FlowWays OS plans paid monthly: Cancel anytime. It stops at the end of the month you paid for.

FlowWays OS plans paid yearly: Cancel anytime. It stops at the end of the year you paid for.

The Managed Website: 6-month minimum, then cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

A different FlowWays OS plan, or an add-on, starts from your next invoice. Nothing is charged or credited for part of a month.

FlowWays OS plans stop at the end of the month, or the year, you paid for. Nothing more is charged after that.

The Managed Website has a 6-month minimum. Cancel inside it and the main website stops at the end of the month you paid for, and the payments left in the 6 months are charged together, after FlowWays confirms with you. For example, cancel in your second month and 4 payments are charged at once.

After the 6 months, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice: the main website stops on the first billing day at least 30 days after you ask.

To own your Managed Website outright, buy it out. The price is the buyout FlowWays set for your main website when it launched, plus any payments left in the first 6 months. For example, in your second month that adds 4 payments.

Your booking page and main website keep working. After 7 days unpaid, your dashboard pauses until the payment goes through. The billing page, where you fix the card, stays open the whole time.

Your customers, bookings and leads are your business's. FlowWays handles them only to run your plan, and exports them for you when you ask.

Money your customers pay for deposits and online orders goes to your own Stripe account. FlowWays never holds it.

Each business is responsible for what it posts to its own TikTok account through Social posts. It posts only its own original content, and follows TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy.

FlowWays turns off Social posts for misuse.
